Chinese leader appeals for 'common ground' with U. S.‏

Ahead of a meeting with President Obama, Chinese President Hu Jintao acknowledged "some differences and sensitive issues" between Beijing and Washington.
In a written interview with The Washington Post, Hu called for "common ground" and "practical cooperation" between the two countries but also said the two nations must "respect each other's choice of development path."
