A £20million London property used for key scenes in Oscar favourite The King’s Speech has also been the location for ‘sex parties’, it has emerged.

33 Portland Place, a Georgian property in Marylebone, was picked by the drama’s producers to shoot scenes involving speech therapist Lionel Logue helping King George VI beat his stammer.

But while the true-to-life film has already picked up awards – with leading man Colin Firth tipped to win an Oscar for his portrayal of the monarch – one of its most integral locations has also been the scene for commercial sex parties and so-called ‘porn discos’.--
Regarding the sex parties, the property's manager told the Mail: "Everyone in the film industry knows what goes in on there" but that there were no such things happening during the filming.
